Commission

How does this work?

  1. Fill out the form.
  2. I will reach out to you through email or by phone to discuss the project.
  3. Once preferences and pricing are agreed upon, I will send you an invoice for the commission project. Orders under $100 must be paid in full upfront. Orders over $100 require a non-refundable 30% deposit.
  4. Production begins once the deposit or full payment is received. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the production of pieces. Pottery can be unpredictable, but rest assured I’ll aim to have your pieces ready as soon as possible.
  5. When your order is complete, you’ll be notified. For orders over $100, the remaining 70% (plus tax) will be due at or before pickup/delivery.
