HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Commission Process
I prefer to be brought in before or at the design development process. We will collaborate together and meet your project where it is.

Inquiry
You share the project overview — rooms, aesthetic, timeline, budget, key dimensions. We respond within three business days with a fit assessment and next steps.

Mood board & Direction
We align on the ceramic story: which surfaces, which forms, which finishes. You keep ownership of the overall scheme; I propose direction inside it.

Sampling & Prototypes
Clay-body and glaze samples for tile and sinks. Form and finish samples for lighting and vessels. Designer signs off before production begins.

Final Specifications
Dimensions, quantities, finishes, installation notes, and hardware coordination are confirmed. Post-approval changes may impact schedule and budget. Production begins upon receipt of first initial deposit.

Production & Delivery
I produce to the approved specification. Typical lead times are 8–12 weeks upon initial deposit and can vary depending on scope and the complexity of the project.
