Timelines
What is your typical lead time?
2-4 months from approved samples and initial deposit. Larger installations require 6 months or more.
Can you accommodate a rush timeline?
Rush work is possible for an additional fee, determined case by case. Please include your install date in your inquiry.
When should we bring you in?
Design development or spec phase, once the overall direction is set and dimensions are defined.
Pricing + Info
Do you publish a rate card?
My current collection includes a 'starting at' rate; however, each commission is scoped and quoted to the project.
What is your deposit structure?
50% non-refundable at project start, 50% at completion prior to delivery.
On Collaboration
Do you take on projects outside your aesthetic?
No. If a project’s direction is not a fit, I will say so in the initial stages before development.
Do you accept mass-production work?
No. I am small-batch on purpose; however, hospitality projects are welcome and are accepted upon appropriate timelines and capacity.
Installation
Do you install?
No. I produce; your tile setter, electrician, or plumber installs.
What about hardware for lighting?
Hardware details, cord, socket, and canopy are coordinated with your electrician. Hardware aesthetics are coordinated during initial project design.
Studio
Are studio visits available?
Studio visits are not offered. I am happy to meet at your studio, at the project site, or at a showroom.
What geography do you serve?
Designer-led projects nationally. Freight quoted per project.
