All orders are shipped from Ruston, Louisiana.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the best available rate and service for your location.

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your item ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Expedited shipping options are available.

Fragile Item Handling:
All pottery pieces are fragile and are carefully packed by hand to ensure safe delivery. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’re happy to offer a full refund or replacement once the damage is verified.

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your pottery. If the item isn’t what you expected or doesn’t match what was advertised, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
